I'm not sure if ur Catholic or Christian or anything like that but heres a couple prayers that may help ease whatever it is off these have worked for me in the past when i was experiencing kinda what your dealing with

heres a prayer i made up myself i say it everytime i feel useasy before i go to sleep

Oh father that art in heaven send me a angel to watch over me as I sleep and protect me from the evil that I am feeling and fearing give me the strenth to stand up and free myself from this evil i ask of you to protect me and my family with the holy shield and get rid of the darkness in Jesus name amen

keep in mind its not gonna make you bullet proof from whatever it is your feeling but it should help and i appoligize in advance if your not religious for this message take care and stay strong

Just because someone doesn't believe in prayer you call them a loser? Way to represent your religion! I'm sure your God is proud of you.

One thing this site has always stood for and that is diversity. Not everyone believes the same, and whether your beliefs are shared by others or not, there is no need to condemn anyone. I'm a firm believer in freedom of speech and opinion, but lets keep it civil. I would prefer not to start a "My god can beat up your god discussion."

If there is an overwhelming demand for an area for civil discussion on beliefs, I will create one. But I personally think that's a topic best left to personal choice.

I find it great that everyone is wanting to offer advice, prayers, or help. And I'm all for that, as long as we can all do it in a nice way.
